If you are not in the San Francisco Bay Area, we can set up an initial consultation over the telephone so that you do not have to drive to San Jose, CA. When you schedule the telephone appointment, we will require a credit card to secure the consultation. One of our attorneys will speak with you on the date and time scheduled.

A copy of our initial consultation questionnaire can be downloaded in PDF format. You need to print and fill out this form and e-mail it to admin@workplaceattys.com or send it via facsimile to (408) 295-5008 prior to your office or telephone appointment. We recommend for clients to provide other pertinent documents such as chronology of events, employment handbook/contract, and other documents related to your problem.
